Over the years Drug Paraphernalia Stores, (“Head Shops”) have slowly diminished due to the successful investigative techniques of Law Enforcement. It has become common that corner grocery stores have started inconspicuously selling drug paraphernalia to assist drug dealers in getting their product on the streets. Due to the minimal penalties and large profits, these legitimate businesses have started selling illegitimate products. This course will show you how to enhance your investigation resulting in a successful seizure and maximum penalties.

This course will explain what types of undercover techniques are needed to successfully prosecute a paraphernalia case. Depending on your evidence, I will show how to expand your investigation from a Misdemeanor to possibly a corrupt organization, “Rico.” This course will also explain how to track the supplier and other locations that may be involved. Most importantly this course will explain how to prepare a strong affidavit to maximize your case.

By cutting off the supply of Drug Paraphernalia, such as the packaging material and cutting agent this will inconvenience the Drug Dealers, possibly slowing down the illegal distribution of controlled substances that is polluting your community!
